Company Structure
Commercial department:
The Commercial team is responsible for managing a wide range of activities covering strategic development, joint ventures
Human resources department:
responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits.
Development department.
is responsible for acquiring the funds that keep your organization going. It takes money to pay for an office, office supplies, staff payment, and, most importantly, programs. Most nonprofits are funded by a variety of revenue sources
Finance department.
It manages the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
Business department.
It specialize in marketing, sales, people, production, administration, accounting, financing, people, and more. Neither is most important as they are all equally important
Sales dpartment.
responsibility for deciding where the company should sell and what its prices should be.
